First off I want to say I don't have all the details but I told the farmers I would seek advice on here.
Have a friend in the area that has lots of acres that they paid for around 200# of Anhydrous plus application but it didn't get applied.
They have since found out that they are not alone. Several farmers have complained. Apparently it is tied to one operator and he has been let go. But the state wide coop doesn't seem to want to do anything about it.
No local lawyers want to help take up the issue. Do any of you know of any lawyers outside the state of Missouri that would work with a farmer on this issue?
Has anyone on here went through something like this? Any advice or direction from here?
The last thing this farming family wants to do is get into a lawsuit but this is a huge mess up on the application job.
“Errors and Omission” insurance. That’s what your neighbor sues against. My advice earlier was more personal in nature. That’s why the coop has insurance…. For buckups that they apparently oversee or didn’t oversee.
You’d think some greedy law firm would be all over this.
