ec illinois champaign | i always say,,you have never seen it all,, looks as if something was turning it off,,and or it was never turning on, yes the rate controller shoulda have sounded an alarm as its under the target rate,was the alarm turned off on the rate controller ? was there even a rate controller ? i would think an attorney somewhere would take this on,i cant see the coop would even ever let this go to trial. technically coop should say weigh a green spot and weigh a yellow spot, whats the yield loss and they make it up, they carry insurance for these things. | |
