NE WI | Grain moisture equilibrium charts. However taking temperature and humidity on the chart and comparing it to actual moisture have been off. Usually grain is wetter than the chart. I think there’s another data point needed and that is dwell time at these temperature/humidity levels to make the charts match standing crops.
