Cover the bottom of a pie pan with peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the peaches. Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp vanilla. Cover the peaches with this mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
