They did say some years it would pay but it was difficult to predict as you needed to apply fungicide before symptoms occurred. With corn below 4 dollars that would put extra pressure on profitability. This is for here. Your results may differ.
Nothing you said is wrong. However, it is also not wrong that analysis of weather patterns, crop genetics, yield potential from early season progress, etc. can go into making the decision rather than blanket everything. |
