Niece makes excellent pie crust. A flaky crust requires the absolute minimum water but that makes dough crumbly and hard to roll. To make the job easier, she use vodka for easy handling and excellent flaky crust. The cinnamon/sugar trimmings are to die for; they melt in your mouth.
