From a spray claim scenario it still doesn't remove the liability of an incorrect application. In a civil case, if proven a misapplication (too wide, irregular spray pattern, plugged nozzle, too high/too low, etc.), then now it's moves to the damage it caused and the value of loss. That's not the place you want to be in a civil case. | |
