Personally, I like mesz. But not sure about the bang for the buck. I usually put on around a 180. I expect 100+ also. Go to MIwheat.org . Look up Dr. Kurt Steineke. His research is on there somewhere and covers this very subject. Tons of multiple year studies. The economics of each product is there also. I believe there will be contact info to him also. Its very good info and paid for by the wheat board. Use it.
