Every seed company does. Over a few decades in the industry and seeing enough problems in competitors corn and their own, most of them grow out of the arrogance of their youth. But some never do grow up.
Older seed guy here told me he had seen enough of his own failures that he wasn't going to gloat over Corteva's problems this year.
