1974 ranch-style here, so I'm no help with porch pictures.  :( ....  but you might try just driving around the area (or any area) and taking your own pictures of porches you like, or porches on similarly styled houses.  I love looking at houses wherever we go, and usually there are some constants in any area among houses.  In earlier days when those houses were built, there weren't a lot of builders or even kits to build, so you'll usually find "types" in any area.  Good luck!  I'm glad to hear you're going to replace the porch.  A house that's had it's porch removed always looks just a little bit lost to me; a porch really makes a difference!!  Post pics when you're done!!
