Western Oregon | These days I would rather have the cinnamon crust. Wife baked pies for Polly's Pies in Long Beach California. Her brother was the manager. She can no longer stand long enough to make a crust or pie so I buy crust. I cook apple slices in a little water, brown sugar and apple pie spice. I like them with a little texture, so don't overcook. I put them on pancakes. IF I am going to have pie, it is peach. Sarah Lee use to make a pretty good frozen peach pie but it has been years....James
