Just north of I-90 in SW MN | Don't know if you take beans to town or store them at home. For us the crush plant is 6 miles from our bin site. The overhead bin that we use for wet corn also gets used for wet beans. Early in the season we have some wetter ones and put up in the bin and when finishing up blend the wet ones with dry ones at the end of season. Otherwise just put the wet ones in a bin with a full floor and run the air on them. When we deliver beans and have 2 bins of beans we can blend the beans up to get 13%. It is work to do this but one will be paid in doing it. Good luck and have a bountiful harvest. |
