Zucchini Nut Bread and Zucchini Beef Skillet.

Both delicious and easy to make.

Can also add cocoa powder and chocolate chips to make a chocolate version of the bread. Very good moist. Good warm or after being refrigerated and freezes well.

Looks like I had the chocolate version uploaded before also mentions using applesauce in place of the oil.
