| It was no later than May 15. I was doing plot work immediately after we got done with the Varsity crop, they all got planted between the 12th-15th. So not late by any means. It’s an earlier corn too, than the adjoining 107 day hybrid. But I’m fairly certain the somewhat layer planting date is a key piece to the puzzle. Is it possible this year is going to prove early planting is less beneficial to plant health?
