So what move the water?The MOON.which reduced heat capacity,and cool air flow.But the moon does not influence minds either.A majority of health care and prison guards and law enforcement say they experience weird ness on subjects actions during certain moon phases...but its just a big piece of blue cheese up there,,some think,,,jeez
