I usually use a little purple cleaner which I think is called purple power. It's a degreaser. I actually throw it in along with the regular detergent to wash whatever I got the grease/oil/fuel on. I'll then run a quick empty load after just in case and then likely one more load of work clothes before going back to wife and kid stuff.
