We essentially have a new moon phase. So, last year you said it was a full moon that caused frost.

I don't think it's tide stage that's driving Midwest temperature. In low ground, right along the coast, maybe. But the tide goes out twice every day, so it wouldn't be hard to find "evidence" for a belief.
