coast of Maine
Twenty years ago,one of my trucks fully loaded with demolition debris, looked almost the same. Then it made the train take the bushes as well.Bent a tiny bit of track.Missed spilling any fuel from train, missed a buried fiber optic line by < foot.No injuries despite 3 crew members in cab of train. We paid Just shy of 1 million $$.Cause? Red sunset behind semi, all lights were glowing bright red,no cross arm, fast train,100% blind views,a major US rte, several locals said same issue close calls before from sunsets. IT IS YOUR FAULT.The trains are always 100% not a fault. Some bizzare rule from 1886 era.I can still here "Mental Mike" driver calling me screaming and screaming,,"My truck is cut in two!!!!"AGHHHHH",,,hehehhe
