Franklinton, LA | Will the beef be frozen when you put it into the freezer? If it is frozen a fairly small freezer should be adequate. You may need a larger freezer if you plan to freeze 1/4 of a beef at one time.
Have you thought about a larger freezer so you can store an assortment of frozen foods? A chest type freezer is cheaper than an upright, but the upright makes it easy to find what you are looking for.
