Nc Ks. | 50 years ago a local farmer put a cable across a field entrance where dirt bikers were entering his property and riding against his permission. Killed the motorcycle rider when he came through not expecting anything to be there. Never heard if there was any lawsuit but you know there would be one today. But regardless, would you want that on your conscience? Frustrating as it is, just realize the possible consequences of whatever action you take. | |
