What about people who's natural makeup has voices in their head to harm themselves? If someone says that they were born with 2 arms, but in their mind they should only have one arm, should they have that arm removed, or get treatment to accept both arms?
If they should get tretment to keep both arms, why does that not extend into all body parts?
