Western-Central Lower Michigan
Its been more than 15 yrs since I was in that seat. I was lucky, neighbor friend had JUST went through robotic surgery to take it out.
My Dad had radiation, and advised us boys, DONT EVER DO RADIATION. He suffered after years with difficulty urinating despite roto rooter treatments.
Anyway I had the robotic surgery, and am glad I had it.
I couldnt stand to "wait and follow" cancer in my body. Maybe today they can "decide if your cancer is slow growing or will spread" but my Primary Dr at the time told of many older guys who he watched die a horrible death of advanced prostate cancer.
A good Urologist is your best source of info right now.
