Seems high. You should be in the 300's turnkey.
You'll probably have to do some leg work and play general contractor. One stop contractors are big bucks.
The steel package be around 13-15/sf, erection $8/sf, plus doors and concrete and insulation and electric...
I agree his quote is high but there is no way youre getting a steel turn key done for $50/ft today.......
