coast of Maine | You do realize that in most cities the "hot" corner begging spots are "owned " by the local drug crew.Their clients are the beggars.The $$ flows to the drug crew.The crew will beat your ass if you should try begging there unless you are their customer.I suggest never giving them the $$ for this reason.If you doubt me,try it,you will receive a severe lesson.Their customers are making enough to eat and the rest flows basically to the cartels in a round about way. | |
