Northwest Illinois | We rent a farm on which the house and buildings were sold off before we rented the farm. Building site has approximately 17,000 bushel of bin capacity. We pay 10 cents per bushel on bushels hauled out. We also pay for the electricity the bins use. The bins are located on an 80,000 pound road so we can move the grain out when roads are posted in the spring which has value for us. They are also located only about a mile from our main bin site which is on township roads thus we deal with spring road postings for that site. | |
