I'm like you did not know what he said since i don't listen to his show.
Since his show was cancelled I have seen/heard what he said and fail to see what was in it that was so bad except of course the dear leader of the US probably did not like the clip of him that was shown too.
However the clip was real as far as I know so hard for people to say it was not said.
Good to know the old White House is going to get a new ballroom when asked about the killing.
Does seem to be a bit of blackmail going on with licensing agency threatening broadcast companies for the shows they broadcast.
The FCC has rules that do not allow for the spreading of false information regarding a crime.
It is obvious that the shooting of Kirk was a crime.
I also think that Kimmel was actively spreading false information about the background of the shooter, which IMO would be information regarding a crime.
Kimmel is free to insult Trump all he wants, without worry about being in violation of FCC rules. In fact, that should be pretty obvious to anyone who watched his show recently. What got him in trouble was spreading false information REGARDING A CRIME, and he has no leg to stand on regarding whether or not a crime was committed, or whether or not what he said was false.
I also think that the Trump Administration was looking for an excuse to go after Kimmel, but it was Kimmel himself that gave them the reason. |
