Amherst WI | Our county seat has a homeless problem, they make it worse by making it easier to be homeless there. So more homeless “move in”.
It’s becoming a real issue.
I’m glad I don’t have a downtown business that has homeless loitering in front of it and driving away business, about 1/3 of the police blotter is calls dealing with the homeless.
It’s hard to help someone who won’t help themselves and there are numerous programs that do help but many don’t want it. | |
