That’s nuts, we just built a 60x120 with a 20x36 office off the side, concrete ICF walls to the eves, 16’ eves with an aggressive scissor truss so it’s 21’ in the middle, 4 OH doors (one was a fire door where it connected to another building $$$$)
All in including Electric, HVAC, and dirt work we are in about $370,000
Just priced a new shop....woof
