South Dakota | Just did a 72 x 80 x 20 tall a year ago. Post building, batting, blown in insulation, in floor, floor drains, bathroom. Looks like you are high, but its still terrible when its where it needs to be. the things that stood out to me, was concrete, and my shop doors. 2 doors were about 10 grand more than i figured they would be. but once i went into this deal, i wasnt surprised. mine is posts 4 foot on center and rafters 2 foot on center, and sheated....its sturdy. one contractor did the building/concrete, then i lined up electician and plumber. also had to spend more on dirt work. had to haul it a mile from some of our other ground.....that adds up too. 2 neighbors watched my guy, and hired him when he was done. if you can get around 85 to 100 for something like this you'd be good i think. | |
