As others have said, it depends on the bin, the location and the year.
Right now if had a bin in the middle of one of my farms It would be worth .40 a bushel for the year. Perhaps a bit more. can lock in that much carry in the cash, ( or could the other day). Plus I can harvest without worrying about keeping the corn away from the combine.
Last year we cut beans and had bins right in the field. We didn't use them so they had no value.
I have seen those same bins, with no pullouts, air or floor, plus being only a truck load or 2 make over $2.00 a bushel.
