Wife was always complaining about me not hearing well , had my ears cleaned, could not believe what came out on the left ear, right not so much , got home, everything is so much louder now, wife doesn't complain no more . Place to start .
When I got my hearing aids, the audiologist told me that she could make be 'hear' better, but she couldn't make me 'listen' better, I haven't forgot this, but still 'tone' the wife out at times.
