Was at the doctors office when he said”YOU have CANCER”
Further discusion regarding treatment plans ensued.
Then survival odds were thrown around.
Then doctor sez “How long do you plan on living anyway?
I just thought that was an odd question given the previous convo.
Sort of took me by surprise,,,how would YOU answer such a question?
“Hopefully 30+ years more.”
It’s a very valid question. People should probably ask themselves more often, and discuss it with others, such as their doctor, lawyer, and some family members.
