west-byGod-Pa. | There are very valid reasons( business wise) for going cashless. (1) avoids very serious risk of employees needing to carry cash to bank for deposit. Bad guys are quite willing to kill people to take the cash the employees carry.
(2) It goes a long way towards avoiding theft by employees. )3) It gives management real-time information about sales flow & ebb. They need such information so that they can place/schedule employees as needed for peak hours/low demand, when to schedule breaks. (4) a LOT of younger people cannot count/handle cash accurately , AND given work ethic( or lack thereof) may not care to improve.(5) Inventory control: the single best way to have a digital system indicate when re-ordering, re-stocking needs to occur. | |
