Last time I priced one, it came out to roughly $70-80 per square foot turn key. I thought that was way too much. $120 is laughable to me anyway. At that point its less of an investment and more of a luxury item that you'll never be able to put a good ROI number on. I guess you could start a repair business on the side. Hire some young mechanics & hope for the best?
