NW NC		I’m at $36/ sq ft for concrete, building and erection. 40’ truck pit. 100x100 with 25’ open bay across the front. 20x100 lean to down the side that’s enclosed and part of the shop additionally. 21’ sidewalls, 2/12 pitch. $48k for 4 garage doors.
