Our local market would be about 4 to 5 a bag. The organic save the world type producer would probably want about 8. We sell kale, lettuce, chard, and spinach, but really don't sell enough for it to be worth the aggravation of dealing with people who think every leaf should be absolutely perfect and expect us to give it away.
