But nothing had been said that violated any FCC rules. If he had threatened someone or done something that did violate the rules I wouldn't have even made a post.
That is one opinion. There are those with a differing opinion, FCC rules prohibit the broadcast of false or distorted reports on newsworthy items. Keep in mind, this is only for over the air broadcasts. If he were on cable, or had an internet show, he probably wouldn't have gotten into trouble.
