Pick your highest rate and speed and then go from there. That is the max rate the tip needs to me capable of. The PWM will take care of the lower rates. Check the specs on the PWM systems and the tips and make sure that you won't go under a recommend minimum pulse width percentage. Typically the lower end cutoff is around 20-30% if I am recalling correctly.
