Just put up a 6330 sq ft steel building with 30 by 18 and 24 by 16 fully planet insulation and 195 yards concrete with aprons have less than $200,000 in it complete, but did it our selves I including installing over head doors as door company wanted $7500 to install door s. Whitney steel building kit. Concrete 5.5 inches thick,4000 psi and rebar on one foot squares
