The first one probably 2 hours, now I can probably do them in under 30 by myself. Make sure the tensioner/outer roller is COMPLETELY loosened off, take off the outer 2 guard skid plates and feed it in the bottom first from the outside until its up and around the inner roller a few feet, then pull the top side in. If you have 2 or 3 people it will go exponentially faster as each slat will catch on stuff as it goes in the bottom. I like to run a ratchet strap loosely from one of the outer guards under the the back sheet of the header so the draper can't fall out accidentally
