| Started this shop in April and now in use. 60 x 90 x 16 high Lester brand. 24 inch eaves all around and no gutters. Concrete foundation and 5K sq ft of concrete aprons on each end of the building. Two overhead 20 ft doors (for drive thru) and a 12 ft overhead door. Spray foam 2 inches first and then bat insulation behind white inner steel walls. 18 inches blown in the attic. Four ceiling fans. One tube heater down the middle. Electrical for the whole building and plumbing/sewer for the bathroom and one small shop floor pit. 10 ft x 50 ft office area that meets fire code and has overhead storage. We are all in at $54 a square foot.
