Bryce,good luck on your search for a decent building.I would be sure to get at least a 2 ft eve and overhang on the gable ends,,maybe a here thing but the fastest way to building destruction is a no eve structure.Mine are all 30 inches.even the old barn built 200 years ago has a 30 inch eve.Gets the snow/ice/water away from the structure with zero effort.
