Jack up the tractor and check for play. If there is any, split it and replace bushings before it damages the pin. Assuming it's the same as a 20 series. Bushings aren't a bad job. Pin takes 2 or 3 20 ton jacks to pop out. And a bunch of dry ice to get back in. 4700 hours should be alright , unless it has a blade on it
