If your aluminum blocks are worn I would at least consider switching to wood. Basically makes them maintenance free... Dad changed our 9510 years ago and have barely even looked at them since, probably at least 1500 separator hours.


I can swear we used to grease the wooden blocks on the 9600’s we had. Am I wrong in remembering that? About 20 shots in each front and rear Alemite. 94 and 95 models.
