I think CaseIH uses the same size bolts and the dealers have tooling to bore out, thread and install a thick wall insert, may be able to get them to fix it for you. If JD is like CaseIH you do not want to chase the threads with an ordinary tap, they are a special close tolerance thread and a regular tap will make a loose-fitting wheel bolt.
