Why do They - the software engineers - do that kind of stuff? You would think they would come up with a standard way to start and shut off a computer - and then keep that consistent as they do upgrades. Changing those kinds of things is what really irritates the average user - their customer base.
Supposedly they want to make it more apple like, as they're clearly the market share leader.***
