| I *sold* a small bin. Posted $350. *yes high but you can't go up* 2 weeks lowered $300. Got one offer $200. Older guy, needed for small farm…. I figured “just to be done fine” I wanted at least $250. But he mentions his son will not be happy. I tell him “talk it over. Call me by 10am with your decision. I will hold till then. He gets upset. His word is it. *i was trying to be nice*
2 weeks later. I had gotten lots of other interest in days before I found link to remove add. *I should have started at $300 I guess. First week in Augest comes. He has issues getting jacks, help, mid August he has health issues. Sends a check. Now it’s mid September. I am calling him weekly. Zero communication from him.
I half figure he is going to back out.
At what time do I say “you have 20 days to get it or it’s abandoned? And do I send the $200 back? | |
