Subject: RE: Alzheimer's new research

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
My grandpa (who ate sardines literally by the case) and his twin brother died with Alzheimer's. My dad died of Glioblastoma. My mother is currently doing quite well and is in a much better place living with Alzheimer's after she has finally admitted that she "can't remember ****." My mother has ate mostly salmon as a protein source because of digestive issues for the past ten years.

I've been sold (by you) on a Keto diet for several years now, have no intention of changing my Keto lifestyle, so time should tell if a Keto diet can beat the genetic connection to Alzheimer's.

ETA...My mother struggles with bouts of non cancerous melanoma caused by excessive sun exposure in MN during the summer months and wintering in TX and FL for the past 4 decades so lack sunlight and vitamin D have never been issue for her.

Lack of sunlight and vitamin D has never been issue for me either and could possibly become a contributing factor to my ultimate demise in the not so distant future...time will tell
