If interested, you might want to watch the rest of it. But it is over an hour long so most people will not have the attention span. I am going to need to watch it again to get out of it all there is to get. It gets pretty in depth on the most current research. Did you catch the infrared treatment part? Makes me think adequate sunlight exposure is important. Pretty tough for people in a rest home or medical issues.

If you want a quick fix, the rest of the presentation is probably not for you. Or maybe it is because he comes up with practical things to do based on the research.

A pretty important presentation all in all. In my opinion.
