Italian loaf, remove a little bit of the middle to make 2 boats. Mozzarella, cooked seasoned hamburger with onion and sliced tomatoes topped with Italian seasoning. A little fresh basil, chives and spinach leaves is good too. Sprinkle of olive oil. Made by my son. I do not like pizza sauce or BBQ sauce type pizza....James
